We deliver your order in Europe within 3-7 working days, and in the rest of the world within 10 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. We recommend that you take this into account when making your purchase.

We deliver for free all orders over €49 in Italy, €69 in Europe and €89 in North America. Returns are free.

For orders under the amount indicated above (€49 Italy, €69 Europe, €89 All other countries), shipping costs are:

• €6 for Italy,
• 14€/25€ for Europe,
• €15 for the UK,
• 20€ North America,
• €50 for all other countries.

In-store pickup is always free.

If there is any problem with the delivery of your order (including lost or damaged package), we will replace it immediately.

Returns are possible within 30 days of ordering. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. In the case of products received damaged or defective, we will proceed with the refund.
