We deliver your orders worldwide by courier. We will let you know the tracking number as soon as your order is processed.

We deliver your order in Europe within 3-7 working days, and in the rest of the world within 10 days. Timings may vary depending on the courier. We recommend that you take this into account when making your purchase.

We deliver for free all orders over €49 in Italy, €69 in Europe and €89 in North America. Returns are free.

For orders under the amount indicated above (€49 Italy, €69 Europe, €89 All other countries), shipping costs are:

• €6 for Italy,
• 14€/25€ for Europe and UK,
• 20€ North America,
• €50 for all other countries.

In-store pickup is always free.

If there is any problem with the delivery of your order (including lost or damaged package), we will replace it immediately.

Returns are possible within 30 days of ordering. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. In the event of products received damaged or defective, we will proceed with the refund.
